Another excellent singer. She's such a good combination between good voice and bad behaviour (I mean too much self-confidence but sexy and beautiful). Many songs of her reached #1 on music charts and stayed on the top for many weeks.
All the #1 hitz are complied in her latest album #1's which is really topmost album. And also Feature the OST from The Prince of Egypt -- " When you believe " duet with Whitney Houston
that almost could be a classic track.

KULA SHAKER
This north London alternative band gave me impressiveness. I like their music which sounds strange.
Their first album K did successfully. Then the Peasants, Pigs & Astronauts , the second record, is following. Kula Shaker, named after an Idian King, still works out with an Asian philosophy.
Just like the track Namami Nanda Nandana is written from a Sanskrit prayer. Beautiful record !

My most favorite alternative band. Gwen is extremely Coooool.. fashionable. I like the beats. The Tragic Kingdom is also one of my best
collection. Alternative, ska, funky are available here. Their own unique style got me all. Their latest released, NEW from GO motion picture, is climbing the charts. With the same appearance, there is no doubt, definietly boom again.

What can I say !?! She's such a marvel ! When I first-listened to her music, I thought she really scared me with that terrified moan. Now, I'm finding out there is something about it. But I've discovered just a part, deep-meaningful lyrics and first-rate records.
I guess there are more, maybe behind her poems, that hiding something about her. Anyway, nevermind what I said, SPIRIT is the best guaranteed album under her wierd and talented stlye.
It's best for relaxation, bed time as well (makes you fall at sleep easily). I LUV HER.

SILVER CHAIR
Silver chair is my favorite Australian post-grunge band. Their pieces of music seemed to be strongly influenced by Nirvana. Neon Ballroom , their third album sounds different than two previous records. The use of classical instruments such as violins makes it sounds more interesting.
The album includes various beats. Ana's Song (Open Fire), love to death lyrics, is so great. To me, this is the silverchair's greatest album ever.

BECK
The uniuqe BECK always makes his music a big surprise. I like the album ODELAY which sounds specific to one focus, humming the music. He got alternative and he got rock. He recieved 1996 Grammy Awards as Best Alternative Performance and Best MAle Rock Vocal Performance from the track Where it's at . His latest album is Mutation but it is less in alternative power.
